Après un petit repos bien mérité pour le blog (et surtout pour la Goulue), me revoilà avec une petite recette toute simple comme on les aime à la maison, et surtout une nouvelle recette de Feignasse que j’affectionne tout particulièrement : un Sandwich au Poulet, au Curry et à la Coriandre ! MiiiiaM !
Une nouvelle recette de Feignasse donc, prête en 10 minutes et tellement délicieuse !! Pour nous ce sera du pain au céréales, notre chouchou !
- 1 baguette
- 1 tomate
- 2 poignées de salade
- 2 escalopes de poulet
- 1 càs de beurre
- 2 càs de crème fraiche
- 2 càs de gruyère râpé
- 1 càs de curry ou épices indiennes
- 1 càs de coriandre fraiche ou surgelée
- Couper votre baguette en 2 et dans le sens de la longueur.
- Eplucher et tailler votre tomate en petits cubes.
- Installer la tomate et la salade dans vos 1/2 baguettes.
- Couper le poulet en petits morceaux et le faire cuire avec le beurre dans une poêle.
- Une fois le poulet bien doré, rajouter la crème, le curry, le gruyère et la coriandre.
- Disposer la préparation par dessus les légumes dans le pain.
